We have been Lalit Loyalty members since 2012 and this is one membership that we really feel proud of having. We have been to many properties of Lalit and everywhere the experience has been simply awesome. This was pi first stay at Lalit Bengaluru and as expected, we had a wonderful time and really a memorable experience. Needless to say, the property is great, rooms are neat and clean and food is also good. But what really made our stay truly special was the friendly and very hospitable attitude of the staff from check in to restaurant to spa to check out. We would really like to thank Mr. Tikendra Pal, the restaurant manager for looking after our requirements with so much of care. It won’t be an exaggeration to say that such employees are an asset to the hospitality industry and Lalit is really lucky to have one. We would also like to mention and extend our gratitude to Mr. Arumugam , Mr. Manjunath, Bappi, Akshay, Laxmi kanta and Destar for always being there with a smile to help and serve. The ambience was perfect and was peaceful. I had visited the spa with my parents and the staff members tended to us well. Anil provided me with a full body massage and helped me with my usual muscles soreness and Lakshman gave me a good haircut and facial care.
